Sensory Deprivation is the deliberate reduction or blocking of stimuli from one or more of the senses. Also known as perceptual isolation, sensory deprivation can be an effective tool to help achieve a meditative state of awareness by activating the mind while muting the other senses. All the music in this channel, was written by our founder, Eric Harry. "I tried to imagine, a dark room, with my ears submerged in a sensory deprivation tank, bathed in sound yet devoid of any thoughts. Let the sounds pull your focus into a solitary centre, single mind yet completely aware of all our five senses."
